Mykonos is one of the top destinations in Europe and the most famous island in Greece. It is particularly known for the cosmopolitan atmosphere, the magnificent beaches, the luxury lifestyle and vibrant nightlife.

Project Overview

The plot under development is nestled on top of a hill with sweeping sea views, right above Kalo Livadi, a coastal area on the south part of the island. Kalo Livadi district is known for its popular sandy beach, one of the longer and wider beaches of the island, as well as its famous beach bars and restaurants. Due to its southern orientation it is well protected by north winds, which are very common on the island during summer.

Grivalia Hospitality is developing a stunning 6-star resort that will overlook the Aegean Sea. The Project will be operated under an international “top flag” ultra-luxury hotel brand. The hotel will offer up to 150 keys of the highest quality, with calming and serene contemporary design, uninterrupted views, private plunge pools and spacious protected terraces.

Grivalia Hospitality is also re-developing a beachfront property in Kalo Livadi that will feature among others, a luxurious beach club and an all-day bar/ restaurant, both expected to become a place of elegance that will cultivate chic and relaxed spirit, always in perfect harmony with the surroundings.

Guest experience will include public & wellness swimming pools, atmospheric restaurants of the highest standards that will offer a variety of local and international culinary delights, spa & recreational facilities, kids/teens/adult activity facilities, retail and special event spaces considering the design inspiration and resort narrative.
